OUR GAMES · YOUR PRIVACY
Privacy policy
Effective September 20, 2026
This policy explains how Black Leaf Productions, LLC handles information for FLINGER!, Elaia, Everwrath, and future games that link to this policy, along with our game and challenge pages. Features and services differ by game and platform. A game-specific notice supplements this policy where a feature needs more detail.
Information used to provide our games
We do not operate a separate player-profile database or add independent customer analytics to the games covered here. Game progress, scores, preferences and earned unlocks are stored on your device where the game provides them. Device or platform backup services may also store app data according to your settings.
If you email us for support, we receive your email address, message and any files you choose to send. We use that information to respond and resolve your request. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or sensitive health information.
FLINGER! challenges and purchases
Sharing a challenge is your choice. A challenge link contains the course code, target score and, in supported versions, the selected skin. Anyone who receives the link can read that information and share it further. The game does not upload your contacts or automatically send messages.
Apple or Google handles in-app payments. We do not receive your payment-card number. The game uses store-provided purchase and entitlement information to unlock purchased content, restore purchases and remove ads where offered. Your store account and transaction records are governed by the store’s privacy policy.
Advertising and privacy choices
FLINGER! uses Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform for advertising and consent. Depending on your device, region, settings and consent, Google’s SDKs may process IP addresses, device or advertising identifiers, approximate location inferred from IP, ad interactions, diagnostic and performance information. Google uses this information to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and operate its services. Other games are not implied to use advertising merely because they link to this policy.
Where available, use Privacy choices in FLINGER!’s settings to review or change advertising consent. You can also manage tracking and advertising permissions in your device settings. Declining optional consent does not stop gameplay. A verified ad-removing purchase prevents further ad requests in FLINGER!; it does not erase records already held by an advertising provider.
Read Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner services. Ad processing may be treated as a sale or sharing for targeted advertising under some privacy laws; applicable choices are provided through the consent interface. We do not sell a separate customer database.
Elaia and optional health access
On supported versions, Elaia can request read-only access to activity or workout information through the device’s health service to support in-game progression. Access is optional and controlled by your device permissions. This information and the game’s derived activity history are processed locally; they are not used for advertising or sold to advertisers. You can revoke access in the device’s health settings and use Elaia’s local privacy/erase controls where available. Revoking access does not automatically erase previously imported local history. Some test builds use clearly labelled synthetic activity instead of real health data.
Websites, hosting and platform services
Our challenge and privacy pages do not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Hosting and security providers may process ordinary request information, such as IP address, browser details, requested URL and time, to deliver pages, protect the service and diagnose failures. Shared challenge codes can therefore appear in request records. These pages are hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare.
App stores and beta-distribution services may provide diagnostics, crash reports, testing feedback or aggregate usage information according to their own settings and policies. See Apple’s privacy policy, Google’s privacy policy, Cloudflare’s privacy policy and OpenAI’s privacy policy.
Retention and your choices
Local game information generally remains until you erase it through available app controls or remove the app’s data. Uninstalling may not remove platform backups or store purchase records. Manage those through your device or store account. Support correspondence is kept as needed to handle the request and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations; service providers apply their own retention periods.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise applicable rights or ask what information we hold. We may need to verify your request. For information held independently by Apple, Google or another provider, you may need to contact that provider. You may also contact your local privacy regulator.
Children, security and international services
We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through a player account or support channel. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it. Each game’s store age rating and any age-specific notices apply separately.
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Our providers may process information in countries other than yours under their applicable safeguards and policies.
Changes and contact
We will update this page when our practices change. New games or features involving materially different data use will need an updated policy or a specific notice before that use begins.
